What is Marma Therapy?
It is an ancient form of treatment dating back to between 1500-1200BC and used the fingers to stimulate the 107 Marma points on the body thereby promoting physical and mental rehabilitation.

What is Acupressure?
Acupressure is applying finger pressure to an acupuncture point, sensitive or key point.
